    Welcome to Make Technology Green – An organisation who aims to help reduce the environmental footprint of technology by campaigning and working with technological companies in order to try and reduce the environmental effect of technology. Technology is one of the biggest pollutants of the environment and something which needs to change fast. Make Technology Greens’ volunteers are always working to try and achieve our main goal which is to make technology environmentally sustainable.

    Make Technology Green are a team of volunteers who work within the technological industry to try and prevent technology and technological product affecting the environment. In recent years, technological development and production has increased dramatically causing great detrimental effects for the environment. Mobile phone production alone causes severe over usage of landfill sites where the phone pollute the surrounding soil and water as the try to decompose unnaturally. Make technology greener work with companies to avoid situations such as the aforementioned mobile phone situation where technology can have a big effect on the environment.

    • Work with landfill sites to remove technological pollution
